Catching Up at Sambo Kojin MegaMall

Image
I belong to the people who are always hungry. Every time I see mouth watering food, I can’t help but to think of how to place them inside my mouth in an instant. During my free time, I would invite my best friend to eat with me. Sometimes, I am really spontaneous that I would invite people that I’m not really close with for lunch or dinner. I know, you would think of me as “pg” not parental guidance but patay gutom. But it’s just who I am. I remember a friend of mine saying, “si cy ang masarap dalhin sa buffet, kahit ano kinakain. Minsan hindi mo na alam kung edible pa ba mga kinakain niya”.    (I take that as a compliment). Ever since I turned 15, my relationship with food has been going strong. I feel like it’s the one haha. So when my friend, Colleen invited me to Sambo Kojin, I never had second thoughts of not going. The first thing that I replied to her was “Sige ready ko na tummy ko. Hindi na ako kakain for one week”.And yes, it was not a regret of making th...

Missha Perfect Cover BB Cream

Image
Waking up in the morning having a perfect skin has always been a dream of mine. No redness, even skintone and oh wait less moles? Beauty goals right? But this day will never happen to me because I was system-ed to be oily, reddish and mole packed human. So for the past 19 years of my existence, I've been fishing for a cover up slash skincare that has the capability to give benefit to my face. To be honest, it was never an easy task for me because I have a sensitive skin that easily reacts to cosmetics. As much as possible, I try to stay away from makeups that have a high content of my skin's pet peeves.  I've tried thousands and thousands of BB creams in the market be it locally or internationally made.  Fine, Im exagerating with that one. Good thing,  I had an opportunity to get a hand of cult's favorite Korean BB Cream which is the Missha Perfect Cover BB Cream. This BB cream is available in the malls for 1600 pesos.  I got mine from our shop. The Vanit...

YABU: House of Katsu (Katsu Craze Experience)

Image
A friend of mine asked me to eat somewhere and I got to decide where. I decided to eat at Yabu: The house of Katsu because almost everyone is definitely crazy about the restaurant. At first, I had second thoughts of eating there for the reason that the prices of the food are kind of expensive! For me, it will just be another typical overrated, high-end restaurant that people are only hooked on because many people go and eat there. BUT, I WAS WRONG. The Branch where we ate was located at the 5 th Level, SM Aura. Yabu is also known for the long queue of people outside their restaurants waiting to be served. Luckily, there is an available table for us. As I stepped in, I can truly say that the ambiance was very decent. The tables and chairs were very comfortable. Because of the comic strips posted on the walls, I can also say that it has a hint of cuteness. We had a hard time selecting our dinner because of the countless dishes listed in the Menu. But at the end, these...

Trip to Baler By Cy the hyperville Our trip to Baler was definitely one of my favorite trip of all time. From delightful places that I have visited to the very pleasing people that I have met there. Not to mention its thought-provoking historical background, Baler is surely a brilliant place to be. Baler is located at the Province of Aurora, named after the late President Manuel L. Quezon’s wife. It is about 230 kilometers from our home. Quite tiring right? Definitely! But once you get there, you’ll forget about how long you stayed inside the car with nothing to do but to listen to the radio. Supposedly, 6 hours is the maximum travel time but because of my dad’s amazing driving skills (nah) it took us 8 to 9 hours #butthurts. The first thing that we did was to look for a place to stay. It was very difficult for us to look for a place because the "Bayan" has a lot of “pasikot-sikot” or “eskinitas”.   Good thing we found this pl...
